In the days when everyone was talking about e-business, Peter was actually doing something. He saw an opportunity to take the pole position in Europe with major retail customers, so he oversaw the first European machine-to-machine XML messaging in a data synchronization environment, implemented an RFID pilot and two CPFR pilots on different platforms. Alexandria Real Estate Equities works with life science and technology tenants with some of the most complicated and technical facility operations in the world. Our asset managers manage more than 3 million square feet of office and laboratory space here in the Bay Area.
